These terms and conditions apply when you visit, use or access our website at www.kabeeroptics.com. We have prepared these terms and conditions to provide you help in using our services. You can easily access and use our services by acknowledging these terms and services which create a binding legal agreement between you and our company (Kabeeroptics.com).

1. UNLESS YOU OPT-OUT OF SETTLEMENT

(.a) You will only be allowed to claim us on an individual basis, not as a part of any representative action or class.
(.b) You will only be allowed to pursue relief on an individual basis. 

UPDATES TO THESE TERMS OF USE:

We may make changes in our terms and conditions with the passage of time. We will notify you about any modifications on our website at least thirty days before the actual date of changes.
If you disagree with our modifications, then you have to discontinue the use of your prior services to the time the new terms of services take effect.
But if you carry on using our services after the implementation of new terms, you will get bound by our modified terms of use.

You can visit and pursue our services without getting registered to our services, but you cannot place or view an order, save your favorites, information or your recently viewed items unless you complete the whole registration process of the services. If you sign up to become our registered user, you agree;
(.i) To provide accurate, complete and current information about yourself as driven by our services registration form.
(.ii) To maintain and update the Registration Data to keep it accurate, true and complete.

4. TERMS OF SALES

A. Placing an Order through the Service.
(.i) Order Information
If you want to place an order through the service, you necessarily have to provide the complete order information. This order information includes;
(.a) Your full name with complete address and shipping information
(.b) Your phone number
(.c) Payment information
(.d) Your product selection
Your order information will be saved in your user account for future use.
(.ii) 24 Hour Hold Period;
Changes to Your Order. After placing an order, you will have twenty-four (24) hours to revise and update the order information you have provided. Following this twenty-four (24) hour period, you will not be able to revise or update your order information, and we are not responsible for any data entry errors that you made when submitting your order information.
B. Custom Engraving.
For any custom engraving order, you have to agree that you own a license to the title, rights, and interest in the whole of the entries that you provide in association with a custom order.
C. Delivery
The delivery timing and receipt of your order, timing expectations might be delayed and orders can take a long time than the expected time. We do not give guarantee for a specific delivery time.

5. RETURN POLICY

(.i) 3 Day Return
You will get three days from the delivery date of your order to return and the returned orders with any kind of damage will not be accepted.
(.ii) Coupons/Special Sales.
Coupon, coupon codes, sales, free shipping, and other special pricing offers are for advertisement only. Please read the whole terms and conditions to understand the limitations and restrictions. All special offers and deals will start and end on the date at the specific time.
(.iii) Changes that are made in your order can sustain an additional charge.
(.iv) You can cancel any order up to 7 working days.
(.v) We are not responsible for providing the latest prescription before 6 months, after the order but we can replace it on the compensation of additional charges.

(.i) Our services may contain the third party website links and you will be able to share the information with third parties by using the links on the services. However, we do not operate the third party websites and we cannot review all the material including the services or goods through third-party websites.
(.ii) These terms do not apply to third party websites. So, before visiting a third party website by using the provided links on the services you have to review the terms and conditions of third party sites.

7. RULES GOVERNING USER CONTRIBUTIONS; PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES; SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES.

A. User Contributions.
You will be responsible for any type of harm which results from any contribution that you made on the services. When you make any contribution you will be representing that;
(.i) You will not make any type of contribution that will violate the rights of our or any other person.

By using our services, you have to agree that you will not;
(.i) Use our services for any kind of unauthorized purpose.
(.ii) Communicate with the bulk of email or chain letters.
(.iii) Provide incorrect identification or misleading information about any other person.
(.iv) Modify, disassemble, adapt, translate, and create derivative works.
(.v) Apply any limitations on the use of the services or material of the services.
(.vi) Decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, and create derivative works.

If you are using any of our social media pages on Twitter, Facebook, YouTube or Instagram, you have to follow these guidelines;

9. LEGAL DISPUTES AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND RIGHT TO OPT OUT

You and the company both have to agree to make best efforts for the settlement of any kind of claim, dispute or disagreement by directly consulting or by using good negotiations.

B. Agreement to Binding Arbitration. If we do not settle any solution within the period of thirty days, from the time of pursuing informal dispute resolution, then one of the party has to initiate a binding settlement.

10. GUARANTEE

(a.) We give a 14-day money back guarantee if the spectacles are returned in a decent condition as well as with original packaging. You must have to get a return number by sending an email to info@kabeeroptics.com before requesting for this guarantee.
(b.) All glasses are available with a 12-month guarantee against any defect or faulty material. To claim for this guarantee, you must have to send an email to info@kabeeroptics.com.
(c.) We reserve the rights to replace faulty material or repair it.
(d.) You cannot claim for the guarantee if you do not use the material for the intended purpose or misuse it or have not cared for according to the particular instructions about the product.
(e.) The customer will not get any type of refund if incorrect prescription information will be entered through him/her at the time of order.

11. DISCLAIMER

(a.) We can take all kinds of steps to ensure if the information on the website is correct or not. But we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of the material on the website. (b.) We also make changes to our website without giving you any notice. (c.) We are not committed to making sure that all the material on the website is updated or correct.

12. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
